Maharaja Corporation follows standard Recruitment Procedure it’s differ country to country most unique aspects are as under:

  • Receipt of manpower demand from employer.
  • Search the required candidates CVs in our Database if found the same FWD to Employer, otherwise advertise print and online media.
  • Collection of CVs through different advertising sources.
  • Short listing the CVs according to Employer given criteria.
  • Dispatching the shortlisted CVS to employer for selection.
  • Employer again shortlist or advice to call all candidates for Test/Interview.
  • Sending call letters to Candidates by E-mail/Fax/Post/Phone after getting delegation visit confirmation by employer.
  • Arranging the Test/Interview.
  • Preparing the final shortlist of workers from test sheets signed by employer delegation leader.
  • Once test interview over and final shortlist prepared, both parties (MC & Employer) signed the final shortlist for record and future reference, both parties retain one original copy.
  • After selection over, Maharaja Corporation will ask to candidates to complete the documentation and go for health test.
  • As soon received Medical report from certified test center, Passport will be fwd for visa endorsement to relevant consulate if required. (Some countries don’t require a visa endorsed on PP, only visa copy received by Fax/Mail will be presented at Airport and visa will endorse at port of entry in Host country).
  • Once received passport from Consulate/Embassy travel arrangements done and posted employer step by Step.
